Lion in the Sun of Park Slope offers both hand and computerized calligraphy addressing services for invitations purchased through our store. We can match your envelope addressing to the look and feel of your invitation for the perfect finishing touch!
We also calligraph or print customized place cards, escort cards, reception menus and many other “day of” accessories. Just talk to any of our invitation experts about what you are looking for.

Sending a Save-the-Date is a thoughtful way to alert guests of your wedding plans and gives them ample time to make arrangements to attend your special day. Programs are a warm way to welcome your guests and to provide information about the ceremony. Programs can also be a nice way of letting your guests know “who’s who” amongst your attendants and participants. We love creating unique pieces that are personal to our clients. Many of our customers are designers and artists themselves who bring us their custom designs which we have reproduced at one of our many printing partners. We will help you through the process of selecting the proper presention, printing methods and papers to best suit the design and your budget. Bring us the sketch of you he drew on a napkin on your first date and we can make it an invitation.
Or, if you are not an artist but have something specific in mind, we can help you bring that vision to life. Our graphic designers and illustrators will help you transform those special details of your story into your invitation. We can find you that perfect clip art of a goldfish or calla lily for a wedding program, or create a custom illustration of the Boston skyline or the historic plantation house where your wedding will be.
